We want you to love your Solène heels. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns: Return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions: Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.

How to start a return: Email us at TU-EMAIL@solene.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
